Cheddar Cheese and Broccoli Pizza

Translate the classic comfort-food pairing of fresh broccoli and tangy Cheddar Cheese into this innovative pizza when you layer in the bold stretch of Mozzarella Cheese and a decadent béchamel sauce made with rich Stella® Fontinella® Cheese. With three incredible cheese flavors coming forward, this pizza is an indulgent dish that customers will crave.

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough, 6 oz.
  • Fontinella® Béchamel, 3 oz.
  • Fresh Broccoli Florets, 10 each
  • Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Roll Pizza dough to a 1/4" thick or thinner, depending on preference, then top with pizza sauce and distribute evenly around the pizza.
  3. Place pizza dough in the oven, and par-cook for 2 minutes to allow dough to set. Pull dough from the oven and top with Fontinella® Cheese Béchamel, Mozzarella Cheese, broccoli and Cheddar Cheese.
  4. Put back in oven for 8-12 minutes, or until pizza reaches desired doneness, color and cheese has melted thoroughly.
  5. Slice and serve immediately.
