Italian Meat Stromboli with Roasted Garlic Ricotta

An Italian classic made even creamier with premium Ricotta Cheese. Each flavorful bite is bursting with Italian spices, meats and cheeses that blend deliciously together for savory perfection.


  • Ricotta, 1 ½ cups
  • Roasted Garlic, 3 tablespoons, mashed into a paste
  • Red Onion, 3 tablespoons, minced
  • Pepperoncini, ½ cup, minced
  • Pinch Dried Oregano
  • 5 slices Mortadella, 5 slices
  • 5 slices Genoa Salami, 5 slices
  • 5 slices Rosemary Ham, 5 slices
  • 5 Capicola, 5 slices
  • Fresh Mozzarella, 2-8 oz. balls sliced into rounds
  • Provolone, 5-8oz. slices


  1. In a large bowl mix together ricotta, red onion, pepperoncini and roasted garlic
  2. Roll out Dough to a 9x13 inch square.
  3. Place Salami down the center of the dough
  4. Top with Ricotta Mixture.
  5. Top with mortadella.
  6. Place Provolone slices on top of Mortadella
  7. Top provolone with ham slices
  8. Top Ham with Mozzarella Slices
  9. Place Capicola on top of the Mozzarella.
  10. Crimp or braid Pizza Dough to form a stromboli
  11. Brush with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on a pizza stone at 400°.

Yield: 1 Stromboli
