Not-your-everyday Veggie Pizza

This savory inspiration is a clever way to add a delicious vegan option to your menu.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball Pizza Dough
  • 6 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • ¾ cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 ½ cups Dairy-Free Mozzarella Style Shred
  • 3 Whole Artichokes
  • 1 Orange Pepper
  • ¼ Red Onion
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 8 each Kalamata Olives
  • 1 pinch Basil, torn
  • 1 pinch Red Chili Flakes

Directions

  • Stretch the dough out to 14” roughly round shape.
  • Spread the pizza sauce all around the dough leaving about 1cm around the edges.
  • Evenly place the baby spinach around the pizza then cover with the Dairy-Free Mozzarella Style Shred.
  • Thinly slice the artichokes, orange pepper, red onion; and halve the cherry tomatoes and olives.
  • Add the vegetable toppings evenly and carefully around the pizza so that it presents nicely.
  • Bake at 500F for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow the pizza to rest for 3-5 minutes.
  • Finally garnish pizza with almonds, torn basil and chili flakes.
