Saputo makes it easy for you to explore and add the signature touch of specialty cheeses to your menu with our Cheesemaker’s Reserve® Brand collection. The collection is a mixed case of nine premium cheeses our cheesemakers have expertly assembled. The collection gives you room to menu an array of in-demand cheese boards as shareable plates or as trending savory dessert offerings.
The Cheesemaker’s Reserve® Brand box includes limited quantities of retail packages for each of the nine cheese types. This variety-pack approach helps you control inventory shelf life, minimizing food waste.
Stella® Aged Asiago Cheese: The extra-long aging of the 12-month Aged Asiago Cheese renders a robust, sharp cheese with complex, nutty flavor and a mature yellow color. The texture is firm and crumbly.
Great Midwest® Cranberry Cheddar Cheese: Tart-sweet dried cranberries are gently folded in, providing great contrast to the sharp, premium White Cheddar Cheese—sweet, mellow, creamy and sharp.
Stella® Gorgonzola Cheese: This robust cheese is rich with green-tinged veining and delivers a strong, pungent flavor and distinct aroma.
Great Midwest® Morel & Leek™ Jack Cheese: Blended into a creamy white Jack Cheese are earthy morel mushroom and subtly sweet leek pieces delivering savory notes to this cheese.
Black Creek® 3-Year-Aged Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese: This 3-year-aged domestic Cheddar Cheese delivers a full, richly sharp Cheddar Cheese flavor and delightfully crumbly texture.
Stella® Fontinella® Cheese: This is a hard cheese with a delicately sweet flavor and just a hint of sharpness; the texture is dense but creamy.
Chevrion® Goat Cheese: This traditional Goat Cheese imported from France has a mild, tangy flavor with a slightly salty finish.
Salemville® Smokehaus Blue® Cheese: Handmade by Amish cheesemakers in Wisconsin, this natural, applewood-smoked cheese provides great visual appeal and sweet, smoky flavor.
El Cortijo® Manchego Cheese: This sweet and earthy cheese made of sheep’s milk is imported from Spain and offers a crumbly texture and tart, sharp flavor.
